These terms govern your use of the Xtreme Grill Clean website and services provided by Xtreme Grill Clean, LLC.

Quotes & Estimates

Ballpark estimates from our online estimator are non-binding. Final quotes are confirmed by the owner after reviewing your specific job. Prices may vary based on condition, size, and accessibility of the grill or outdoor kitchen.

Service Delivery

Services are performed at your property on the scheduled date. You agree to provide safe access to the service area, including gate codes or keys if needed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Payment

We accept Check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

Limitation of Liability

We carry liability insurance and take every precaution. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our service, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
