I leave for the summer. When should I have my grill cleaned? +
Before you go, not when you return. A grill stored dirty through a Florida summer develops rust, odor and sometimes insect nests in the burner tubes. Clean it, cover it properly and it will be ready to cook the week you get back.
Do you work in the manufactured home communities? +
Yes, Colony Cove and the surrounding communities are regular stops for us. Some require you to notify the office before a vendor comes on site, so check your community rules when you book and we will work with whatever they need.

Usually, yes. Odor from a grill stored dirty comes from oxidized grease in the firebox and drip pan, and a full teardown with steam sanitizing removes the source rather than masking it. If insects have nested in the burner tubes, we clear those too, which also restores even flame.
What does it cost? +
Standalone grills and smokers are $260 to $300 depending on size and condition, built-in units and outdoor kitchens are $360 to $380, and pellet grills are $260. Hood and vent cleaning is $90 extra where applicable.
Can you clean a community or shared grill station? +
We do. Shared grills get heavy use and almost no maintenance, which makes them the dirtiest units we encounter. If you are on a community board or committee, we can quote a recurring schedule for the shared stations.
Do I need to be home for the appointment? +
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the grill and an outdoor water source, plenty of customers leave access arranged and we handle it. For seasonal residents, we can also coordinate with a neighbor or property watch service.
