Grill & outdoor kitchen cleaning in
University Park.
University Park homes were built with outdoor kitchens before it was standard. Many of those built-ins are now fifteen or twenty years old and still worth saving.
Your neighbor in grill care.
University Park is an established community rather than a new one, and that shapes the work. The built-in kitchens here were installed years ago and have had time to accumulate a genuine layer of history. The good news is that the equipment specified in this area tends to be quality, and quality built-ins restore well.
Older built-ins have specific issues newer ones do not. Heat plates warp, burner ports clog unevenly so one side of the grill runs hotter, igniters corrode, and the interior cabinet collects grease that has been dripping through for a decade. A thorough clean addresses all of that, and it often solves cooking problems owners had written off as the grill simply getting old.
We work on site under the lanai with drop cloths down and no overspray onto pavers or screen enclosures, and we can provide a vendor certificate of insurance if your association asks for one.

Frequently asked questions.
My built-in is fifteen years old. Is it worth cleaning or should I replace it? +
Clean it first, then decide. A large share of the older built-ins we work on in University Park cook noticeably better afterward, because the real problem was clogged burner ports and warped heat plates rather than a failing grill. We will tell you honestly if a component needs replacing instead.
One side of my grill runs hotter than the other. Can cleaning fix that? +
Frequently, yes. Uneven heat is usually blocked burner ports, a shifted heat plate or a partially obstructed venturi tube rather than a failed burner. We clear all of it and run a burn-off test at the end to confirm even flame across every burner before we leave.
Does my association need anything from you first? +
Some do. If your association requires a vendor certificate of insurance on file, tell us when you book and we will send ours directly to your management company. Gate access details are useful to have in advance too.
What does an outdoor kitchen clean cost here? +
Built-in grills and outdoor kitchens are $360 to $380 depending on size and condition. Freestanding grills and smokers are $260 to $300. Hood and vent cleaning adds $90, and side burners and backsplash are included.
Will you damage the stone or cabinetry around the grill? +
No. Everything is cleaned in place with drop cloths down and no caustic chemicals near stone, tile or finished cabinetry. Protecting the surround is part of the job, not an afterthought.
How often should a lanai built-in be cleaned? +
Twice a year for most households, three times if you entertain often. Covered lanai units trap smoke and grease rather than letting rain rinse them, so they need slightly more attention than an open patio grill of the same age.
