More built-in outdoor kitchens come out of Lakewood Ranch than anywhere else we serve. Nearly every new build out here goes in with a summer kitchen under the lanai, and most of them have never been professionally cleaned since the day the builder handed over the keys.
A covered lanai changes how a grill gets dirty. Less rain reaches it, so grease never gets rinsed and instead builds into a hard varnish on the hood interior and the back wall. Smoke that cannot escape settles on the ceiling and the surrounding stone. We clean the grill, the hood, the vent, the backsplash and the cabinet interior so the whole space comes back, not just the cooking surface.
We work on site and we work clean. Drop cloths down, no overspray onto pavers or screen enclosure, and everything back in place before we leave. If your community requires a vendor certificate of insurance, we have one ready.

Do you clean built-in outdoor kitchens and summer kitchens? +
That is the bulk of our Lakewood Ranch work. A full outdoor kitchen clean covers the grill head, burners, grates, heat plates, interior cabinet, hood, vent, side burners and backsplash. Everything is done in place, with no risk to the surrounding stone, tile or cabinetry.
My grill is under a lanai. Does that change anything? +
It changes what we find. Covered grills stay dry, which sounds good but means grease never washes off and instead hardens into a varnish on the hood and back wall. Trapped smoke also films the lanai ceiling above the grill. Lanai units usually need more time on the first visit than an open-patio grill of the same age.
What does an outdoor kitchen cleaning cost? +
Built-in grills and outdoor kitchens run $360 to $380 depending on size and condition. A standalone grill or smoker is $260 to $300. Hood and vent cleaning is $90 on top, and side burners and backsplash are included in the price at no extra charge.
Will you need to contact my HOA or community first? +
Usually not, but several Lakewood Ranch communities ask for a vendor certificate of insurance on file before work begins. Mention it when you book and we will send ours directly to your management company. Gate access instructions are helpful too.
How often do Lakewood Ranch grills need cleaning? +
Twice a year works for most households here. Built-in units that get heavy entertaining use, or any grill where the hood vents into a covered space, do better on a three times a year schedule. We will tell you honestly what your setup needs after the first visit.
