Grill & outdoor kitchen cleaning in
Siesta Key.
Direct Gulf exposure is hard on stainless steel. On Siesta Key we are usually fighting salt corrosion as much as grease, and the two need different treatment.
Your neighbor in grill care.
Siesta Key grills take more abuse than anything else we clean. There is nothing between the Gulf and your lanai, so salt lands on every surface daily and humidity holds it there. On a neglected grill that shows up as pitting in the stainless, seized burner valves, corroded igniters and hardware that will not come apart without help.
That means an island cleaning is not just a degrease. We treat the corrosion separately, free up anything that has bound up, and polish the exterior back rather than simply scrubbing it. Grills we get to in time usually come back fully. Ones that have gone five or six years without attention sometimes need a part or two, and we will tell you before we touch anything.
A lot of Siesta Key properties are rentals, and we schedule around turnover days routinely. If you manage several units, we can clean them in one trip and bill them together.

Frequently asked questions.
How often does a grill on Siesta Key need cleaning? +
Quarterly is the honest answer for anything with direct Gulf exposure. Twice a year is the minimum. Salt does not take time off, and the difference between a grill cleaned four times a year and one cleaned once is visible within two seasons.
Can you save a grill that is already corroded? +
Often yes. Surface corrosion and staining polish out, and bound hardware can usually be freed and treated. What we cannot reverse is deep pitting that has eaten through the steel, or burners that have corroded past the point of even flame. We will assess before we start and tell you straight whether cleaning is worth it or whether you are better off replacing a component.
Do you handle vacation rental properties? +
Regularly. We can work around guest turnover days, coordinate directly with your property manager, and clean multiple units in a single trip. If you run a rental, a clean grill shows up in reviews more than most owners expect.
What does it cost on the island? +
Same pricing as the mainland, no island surcharge. Standalone grills and smokers are $260 to $300, built-in grills and outdoor kitchens are $360 to $380, pellet grills are $260. Hood and vent cleaning adds $90.
Can you get into gated or condo properties? +
Yes, we just need access details when you book. Gate codes, a contact at the front desk, or whatever your community requires. Some properties want a vendor certificate of insurance on file first and we can provide that.
Do you clean grills at condos with shared grilling areas? +
We do. Community and shared grill stations get heavy use and rarely get proper maintenance. If you sit on a condo board or manage a building, we can quote a recurring schedule for the shared units.
