I am only here part of the year. When should I schedule? +
Before you leave, not after you return. A grill that sits dirty through a Florida summer accumulates corrosion that would not have happened on a clean unit. Clean it, cover it, and it will be ready when you come back. We can set a standing annual appointment around your travel schedule.
Can you get through the gate or into my building? +
Yes. Send us gate codes, a front desk contact or whatever access your community requires when you book. Many Longboat Key properties also ask for a vendor certificate of insurance in advance, which we provide on request.
What is the price for a built-in unit? +
Built-in grills and outdoor kitchens are $360 to $380 depending on size and condition. Freestanding grills and smokers are $260 to $300. Hood and vent cleaning is an additional $90, while side burners and backsplash are included.
How much difference does a cleaning actually make? +
