Grill & outdoor kitchen cleaning in
Anna Maria Island.
Anna Maria Island runs on vacation rentals, and a clean grill is something guests notice. We schedule around turnover days as a matter of routine.
Your neighbor in grill care.
Anna Maria Island is a rental market first and a residential one second, and that shapes the work. Grills here get used hard by people who are not going to clean them, sit through high-humidity weeks between bookings, and take constant salt off the Gulf. Six months of that is enough to make a grill look years older than it is.
For owners and property managers, the practical answer is a scheduled clean rather than a reactive one. We can handle several properties in a single trip across Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach, work between guest stays, and invoice the whole group together.
For year-round residents, the priority is corrosion. Island grills need attention on a quarterly rhythm rather than the twice a year that works inland, because salt never lets up and a clean surface simply holds up better than a dirty one.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you clean grills at vacation rental properties? +
Constantly. It is most of our island work. We schedule around turnover days, coordinate with property managers directly, and can handle several units in one trip. Guests notice a clean grill, and they mention a dirty one in reviews.
I manage multiple properties. Can you do them together? +
Yes, and it is the most efficient way to do it. Give us the addresses and access details and we will route them into a single visit across Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach, then invoice as one job.
How often should an island grill be cleaned? +
Quarterly for anything on the island, particularly rentals with steady bookings. Salt exposure here is constant and heavy guest use accelerates everything. Twice a year is the absolute floor and you will see the difference between the two schedules within a year.
What is the cost per property? +
Standalone grills and smokers are $260 to $300, built-in grills and outdoor kitchens are $360 to $380, and pellet grills are $260. Hood and vent cleaning adds $90. There is no island surcharge and no per trip fee for multiple properties on the same visit.
Can you work while guests are staying? +
We prefer turnover days, but if a booking runs long we can work around occupied properties with the owner or manager approving the timing. The job takes a few hours and we work quietly and clean up completely.
Do you also clean the outdoor kitchen and hood? +
Yes. Built-in setups include the grill head, burners, grates, heat plates, cabinet interior, backsplash and side burners. Hood and vent cleaning is available as a $90 add-on and is worth it on any covered unit.
